Calibrator 8003
Due to the possibility of autonomous operation (from built-in batteries), the calibrator provides verification of multichannel measuring systems directly at the facility, without dismantling .
The calibrator 8003 allows you to reproduce mechanical vibrations in the frequency and amplitude range, voltage and strength of direct and alternating current in the frequency and amplitude range, thermoelectromotive force of a thermocouple type TXK-L, as well as active resistance.
The calibrator has software support in the COMPACS ® software, which provides automation of work on the verification of the measuring channels of the system. On the basis of the calibrator 8003 and the COMPACS ® vibration monitoring system, a technique has been developed that can significantly reduce the duration and cost of work on checking the measuring channels of the COMPACS ® system.
Advantages of the 8003 Calibrator
- the ability to power both from AC power and built-in rechargeable batteries;
- manual and automatic operation, providing for the operation of one of the user-defined programs.
Calibrator Composition 8003
- a setter that generates electrical signals;
- a vibrostand transforming an electric sinusoidal signal into mechanical vibrations of a vibrating table.
It is entered in the State Register of Measuring Instruments under No. 25732-03 (Certificate of type approval of measuring instruments RU.C.28.004.A No. 16074).
