OXITEC oxygen analyzers are designed to measure the oxygen concentration in the flue gas generated during combustion processes, as well as in other non-combustible gases. The system consists of a measuring probe that records the oxygen concentration directly in the flue gas pipe, an electrical connection cable, a pneumatic connection cable, and an electronic unit. Probes and electronic components have different designs and can be used in standard and explosive areas. The operating principle of OXITEC oxygen analyzers is based on the Nernst equation using zirconium oxide as a measuring cell for measuring oxygen in process and flue gases.
