Butt-welded collar flanges, manufactured in accordance with GOST 12821-80, are pipe fittings used to connect several elements (pipes, devices, tanks, other special-purpose fittings) into one whole.

We offer neck flanges in 9 different versions, the choice of which directly depends on the specified characteristics, for example, version 2-9 can be used for acidic or alkaline media under high pressure, more than 1.6MPa.

For the wholesale production of collar welded flanges in various designs, several grades of high-strength grade steel are used: St3sp neot 2nd category according to GOST 380-94; 20, 25 according to GOST 1050-88; 09G2S according to GOST 19281-89; 10G2 according to GOST 4543-71; 15X5M according to GOST 4543-71; 12X18H10T according to GOST 5632-72; 15X18H12S4TYu (type EI-654) according to GOST 5632-72; 06HN28MDT (type EI-945) according to GOST 5632-72; 10X17H13M3T (type EI-432) according to GOST 5632-72; 13XFA according to GOST 4543-71.

This allows you to increase the strength characteristics of the finished pipeline fittings.

Pipelines that use flanges manufactured in our workshops must comply with the following parameters and main characteristics:

• the diameter of the flanges used to shut off the medium in pipelines should be from 150 to 2400 mm;
• permissible pressure of the working medium up to 20 MPa;
• temperature of the working environment can be from - 253C to + 600C;
• to enhance the strength properties of reinforcement for oil, water and gas pipelines, rubber, cardboard gaskets or from a special material - paronite are used;
