Description:
The vacuum tank semitrailer ППЦВ-20ОД is designed to collect petroleum products, spilled oil, gas condensate or non-aggressive process liquids and to transport them to disposal and processing sites. ППЦВ-20ОД can be equipped with a mechanically or hydraulically opening bottom (at customer's request). Oil products are collected using a vacuum pump (at customer's choice). The unit has a frame design: the tank is placed in the semitrailer frame supports, and the frame in turn is installed on the bogie. The tank is fixed on the supports using tension straps, which provides a little freedom of the tank when twisting the frame. This additionally reduces the load on the tank itself. This type of design has greater strength due to the frame, which takes on most of the dynamic loads during movement. The frame of the ППЦВ tank semitrailer is made of 09Г2С steel and has a large margin of safety. Welded reinforcements provide additional rigidity to the entire structure.
