Types of containers transported

• 1 x 40'' container (HQ) with a groove in the base according to GOST R 53350-2009;
• 1 x 40'' container with a groove in the base according to GOST R 53350-2009;
• 1 x 30'' container, manufactured according to GOST R 53350-2009;
• 2 x 20'' containers manufactured according to GOST R 53350-2009;
• 1 x 20'' container installed in the middle, manufactured according to GOST R 53350-2009.

Chassis design

• Reinforced chassis made of two longitudinal I-section spars (the load-bearing strips are made of high-carbon low-alloy steel) connected by cross beams.
• The frame structure is made of carbon steel, operating in temperatures ranging from -70 °C to +80 °C;
• JOST/BPW support device with 24 t lifting capacity, with control on the right;
• JOST/BPW 2-inch kingpin in accordance with UNECE Regulation No. 55.00, located according to ISO 1726;
• Additional kingpin position for use with a 3-axle tractor;
• 2 wheel chocks (shoes);
• Basket type spare wheel holder – 2 pcs.;
• Lateral aluminium underrun protection, manufactured in accordance with UNECE Regulation No. 73.00;
• Rear protective ALUMINIUM device, with integrated number plate holder, manufactured according to UNECE regulations No. 58.01, with full-width mudguard with STEELBEAR advertising;
• Frame for registration number with STEELBEAR logo;
• Rear bump stops – 2 pcs.;
• JOST fitting beams and locks;
• All fitting bolts are 55mm in diameter;
• Folding boxes – 2 pcs., providing additional support for a 20-foot DC container (H=2600 mm) installed in the front of the semi-trailer;
• A metal loading platform for driving into a 20-foot container, installed in the middle of a container ship.

Axle unit

• 3-axle BPW axle unit, drum/disc brake mechanism, reinforced off-road version. Permissible load on each axle 9000 kg;
• Reinforced BPW air suspension (350 mm diameter cushions) with the ability to lift/lower;
• Reinforced shock absorbers;
• Plastic fenders PARLOCK/DOMAR over all axles;
• Pair of SUER/DOMAR mudguards with STEELBEAR logo behind the rear axle;

Wheels and tires

• Wheel assembly 7 pcs. (incl. 1 spare);
• Tires size 385/55R22.5;
• Steel wheels JANTSA /ACCURIDE 22.5x11.75 ET0.

Brake system

• Pneumatic electronic braking system KNORR EBS 2S/2M;
• ALUMINUM/METAL air tanks for brake system and suspension;
• ABS sensors on the second axle;
• Diaphragm type brake chambers;
• Semi-automatic parking brake system with spring energy accumulators on the second and third axles;
• Two pneumatic connection heads (supply and control);
• ABS socket according to ISO7638 (without connecting cables to the tractor).

Electrical equipment

• Electrical equipment ASPOECK/HELLA/ERMAX-BPW in explosion-proof design HYBRID. Cable and connectors are reliably protected from chemical and thermal effects, with a voltage of 24 volts in the network;
• Central 10-core cable with cross-section: 7x1.5 mm and 3x2.5 mm;
• Front white light marker lights – 2 pcs (LED);
• Side marker lights – 8 pcs. (LED);
• License plate lights – 2 pcs (LED);
• Five-chamber rear lights with reflectors (stop and side lights – LED);
• Contour rear lights in rubber covers – 2 pcs. (LED);
• Seven-pole connectors – 2 pcs. (without connecting cables to the tractor).
• Fifteen-pin connector for connecting electrical equipment (without connecting cable to the tractor);

Painting

• Preparation of steel surfaces by shot blasting to degree Sa 2 ½;
• Painting the chassis with a two-component ACRYLIC system used for painting products in the AUTOMOBILE industry with preliminary application of a two-component anti-corrosion zinc-containing primer that protects the frame from “sublayer” corrosion;
• Chassis colour: blue (RAL 5003);
• Side protection without painting (aluminum);
• Rear protective device in silver color;
• The wheel rims are silver-grey.

Marking

• Partial reflective markings in accordance with ECE R48, yellow on sides and back.
