At the design stage, a selection of the equipment range is made and a project is formed that takes into account the analysis of pneumatic systems and the requirements of the process. After design and selection, a comprehensive supply of compressor equipment, compressed air preparation systems and other pneumatic equipment is carried out according to the developed project.
An example of a turnkey compressor station designed including several compressor units, compressed air preparation equipment, trunk pipelines, a remote control system (at a distance of up to 1000 m or more), a compressed air flow control device, a hot air removal system from compressors for heating of industrial premises, domestic water heating system.
