Secondary Drilling and well Blasting
Cumulative Perforation
Secondary opening of strata is carried out using modern perforators and cumulative charges with a large length of punched channels (ZPK105N, ZPK105S, etc.). To reduce the high-impact impact on the lining of the wells and prevent the destruction of cement stone, special methodological techniques for perforation, including the use of pressure compensators, are used. In order to clean the near-wellbore zone of the formation, the autopsy is also carried out using implosion chambers, as well as in combination with swabbing.
Drilling perforation
With the help of drilling perforators, productive formations are opened without violating the integrity of the cement stone, which is especially important when the productive formations are in the immediate vicinity of the oil and gas complex, as well as when performing work in wells whose production intervals are cased with fiberglass pipes. The combination of opening drilling and cumulative perforations also allows us to reduce the high-impact on the well support.
Secondary Depression on Depression
The company’s specialists have mastered and applied a highly effective integrated technology for opening the formations in the depression with the use of perforating guns with a large penetration depth. The technology is at the level of world analogues, and surpasses them by the method of blasting a perforator (initiating rod on a cable with sensors) and mastering using swabbing in combination with hydrodynamic studies. When punching small-diameter wells, small-sized perforators are used that are lowered through tubing.
