To install a mobile unit of UPA class or similar equipment Kremco, Cardwell IRI, Cooper for the purpose of drilling and repair work on oil and gas wells in temperate and cold climates, appropriate equipment is required. This work in the taiga and northern climates is successfully carried out by a hydroficated base, placed in accordance with the first category of GOST 15150-69.

概观:

The hydroficated base is a working platform that is connected to the hydraulic system using a drive. The design of the equipment allows to withstand a static load of up to two hundred tons, as well as the load when lifting loads weighing up to 60 tons. Lowering and raising the installation platform are possible within 80-300 centimeters. Lowering and raising the platform is controlled remotely. To enter the platform of the drilling equipment, meter-gauge gauges are provided; check-in is carried out at an inclination angle of 10 degrees.
