Elevators
DESCRIPTION OF THE DESIGN
The main parts of the elevator are the body 1 and the sash 3, made of steel forgings (Figure 1).
On the left side of the housing there is a latch 11 that holds the sash in the closed position. The handle 10 is pivotally mounted on the sash, when lowering and turning it “towards you”, the latch and the sash of the elevators open.
In the upper part of the elevator housing there is a bore under the pipe coupling, which eliminates the possibility of the pipe coming out of the elevator in case of a loose closure of the sash. Fuse slings 6 installed in the eyes of the elevator, provide free entry of the slings into the eyes and prevent them from falling out during operation. To withdraw the slings from the eyes, the safety locks of the slings are rotated around the axis.
Elevator type KM: 1 - body; 2 - spring lock, 3 - sash; 4 - handle spring, 5 - sling fuse spring, 6 - sling fuse; 7 - the axis of the safety slings; 8 - axis of the leaf; 9 - axis of the handle; 10 - handle; 11 - latch; 12 - axis of the latch.
