6 vertical quenching furnaces;
Section of lathes for machining wheels;
Section of turning, milling and thermal equipment for the manufacture of stamping tools and devices.

Technical features

A single technological complex, including design and manufacture of dies, preliminary forging, stamping and heat treatment, ensures the production of critical stampings from high alloy alloys;
Two modernized presses, allowing the use of dies with vertical and horizontal lines of the connector for the manufacture of permanent stampings;
Technologies and tools allow stamping wheel blanks in one technological transition with maximum productivity.
