Technology and equipment for the production of foundry products from high-alloyed aluminum alloys of the 2xxx, 5xxx, 6xxx, 7xxx series for the aerospace and nuclear industries.

The technology of multi-stage refining of the melt allows to obtain ingots with a low hydrogen content in the metal:

• alloys of the 2xxx, 6xxx series - up to 0.2 cm3 / 100 g;
• 5xxx series alloys - up to 0.4 cm3 / 100 g;
• alloys of the 7xxx series - up to 0.3 cm3 / 100 g.

Cylindrical ingot casting systems using the NOT-TOR technology, which allow casting up to 40 ingots simultaneously.
