Hot-Deformed pipes

Possible steel grades: 10, 20, 30, 45, 09G2S, 15X-40X, 30-35HGSA, manufactured in accordance with GOST 8731-74, GOST 8732-78.

Data   pipes are used in pipelines for various purposes, as well as for the manufacture of metal structures, supports, pipeline parts. It is used in various climatic conditions, including in conditions of low temperatures and permafrost.

For the production of hot-rolled pipes at PNTZ PJSC, 3 plants with rolling on a short mandrel, one installation with rolling on a long mandrel in a three-roll stand and one installation with a continuous mill (rolling on a long movable mandrel) are used.

Possible diameters from 32 mm. up to 530 mm.

The length of the pipe is made:

• Unmeasured length - ranging from 4 to 11.9 meters, depending on the diameter and wall thickness.
• Measured length - within unmeasured.
• Multiple lengths - within unmeasured with an allowance for each cut of 5 mm.
• Approximate length - within unmeasured length.

Limit deviations in length: measured length and multiple measured length, should not exceed + 10mm - with a length of up to 6m; + 15mm - with a length of more than 6m or with an outer diameter of more than 152mm.

Depending on the quality indicators of the pipe, the following groups should be manufactured:

• Group A - with the standardization of mechanical properties of steel grades St2sp, St4sp, St5sp, St6sp according to GOST 380-88.
• Group B - with standardization of the chemical composition of mild steel grades according to GOST 380, GOST 1050, GOST 4543 and GOST 19281.
• Group B - with the standardization of mechanical properties and chemical composition of steel grades according to GOST 380, GOST 1050, GOST 4543 and GOST 19281.
• Group D - with standardization of the chemical composition of steel grades according to GOST 1050, GOST 4543 and GOST 19281, with control of mechanical properties on heat-treated samples. Norms of mechanical properties must comply with those specified in steel standards.
• Group D - without rationing of mechanical properties and chemical composition, but with rationing of test hydraulic pressure.

Diameters 273-426 mm are available in groups A and B.
Depending on the purpose and technical requirements, pipes GOST 8732-78 are made of steel grades with a chemical composition according to GOST 380, GOST 1050, GOST 19281, GOST 4543.

Tests and additional requirements at the request of the customer:

• Mechanical properties (impact strength KCU, KCV).
• To the bend.
• On flattening.
• Chamfering as agreed.
• Oiling pipes.
• Packaging in hexagonal bags, marine packaging, tape and wire.
• Installing plastic end caps.
