The UKOS-PROM-OH oil-containing water separator is intended for preliminary treatment of wastewater from oil products and suspended solids. The installation consists of a settling tank for the extraction of suspended solids and a tray for separating impurities with a density less than the density of water placed in a common housing. The body has partitions and nozzles designed to organize the movement of the cleaned liquid, oil products and sludge. Oil collecting pockets are installed in the upper part of the casing, designed for concentration and removal of captured products of petroleum origin. The main technological equipment and software for the oil-containing water separator are Russian-made.

The device can be equipped with a prefabricated tank and a set of automation, providing for the possibility of operation of the equipment in a fully automated mode without the presence of personnel.
Application area
The installation is used for pre-treatment of oily wastewater and to prevent accidents of the sewage system associated with the ingress of significant volumes of oil products. Oily water separators can be installed at the exit of the workshops, in front of the wastewater averaging tank or in the building of treatment facilities.
Initial requirements
Installation is allowed to be used with the following initial data:
