Features of the design of tanks

The main design feature of the collecting tank is the absence of welded joints in its body. This eliminates the occurrence of corrosion of the welded seams. The collection tank takes up little space when disassembled, which makes it possible to use a car for its delivery. It also allows delivery to places where transportation of welded containers is not possible (high-altitude areas, roofs, basements of buildings, etc.).

The presence of a drainage pipe in the lower part of the collection tank allows cleaning the tank from the appearing sediment. If necessary, dismantling the assembled collection tank and reassembling it elsewhere is quick and easy.

Equipment

The standard set of each collection tank includes a support frame (if structurally provided), a hatch for servicing the tank, internal and external stairs, a set of standard branch pipes. Additionally, collecting tanks are equipped with heating systems (electric, water, steam), level gauges, control units, filters for cleaning the air entering the tank, pumps and other equipment as agreed.

Working with designers

The prefabricated tank plant "COMPLEX 1" works with design institutes and architectural workshops. Upon request, we provide all the necessary drawings of tanks, their technical characteristics, examples of completed objects and other information. If necessary, the company's employees travel to future facilities, even if they are located in another region of the country. When contacting us, project engineers and designers receive all the necessary information support for the design of water supply and sewerage networks.

Tank assembly

A feature of collecting tanks is the ability to easily disassemble and assemble all the parts included in it. Installation of tanks is easy to carry out even in difficult assembly conditions. So, for example, to install a tank in any room, a standard doorway is sufficient, through which the collected elements are delivered.

The design of the tank provides for a seal, but at the same time the water does not come into contact with it due to the special technology of the joint implementation.

When placing water tanks on the roofs of buildings and structures, the prefabricated structure allows them to be installed at any required height.

Moreover, they can be supplemented with any elements or equipment according to the wishes of the client. Additionally, a filter is provided for cleaning the air entering the tank during its emptying, pressure hatches in the walls of the tanks, an electric or water heating system, etc.
