MAIN CHARACTERISTICS

• WORKING ENVIRONMENT: up to +350°C (for steels 20L and 20GL); up to +550°C (for steels 12Kh18N9TL, 12Kh18N12M3TL).
  Liquid and gaseous aggressive and non-aggressive media.
• TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS AND STANDARDS: TU28.14.11-001-37961533-2017 (according to GOST 12893-2005) (according to Specification API 609).
• TIGHTNESS CLASS ACCORDING TO GOST 9544-2015: class IV for control valves; class A for shut-off and control valves.
   

DESIGN FEATURES

1. THE DESIGN OF THE FLOWING PART OF THE VALVES provides the possibility of installing various types of valves depending on the process conditions and customer requirements for throughput and pressure loss, which ensures the achievement of optimal performance.
2. The THROTTLE PAIR is a single structure, which is assembled in the valve body and is fixed relative to it by a clip pressed to the body by the upper flange. This makes it possible to replace/repair the throttling pair quickly and easily without removing the valve from the pipeline.
3. THE LOW WEIGHT OF THE VALVES makes it possible to install them on the pipeline without additional support (foundation).
4. A RIGID GUIDE provides high alignment and guarantees the valves to work in any position, including vertical sections (except for the "actuator down" position).


5. There are no internal threaded fasteners and welded connections between the throttling pair and the body in the design of the valves.
   For additional protection against cavitation and to reduce the level of sound pressure (noise), special cages (in the form of bushings with profiled holes) can be used.
