To lubricate and cool machine parts, oils and cutting fluids are used, which become contaminated with heavy metals and harmful chemical compounds during operation. These waste oil products are subject to disposal (Federal Law “On Production and Consumption Wastes” dated June 24, 1998 No. 89-FZ, Order of the Government of the Russian Federation dated January 25, 2018 No. 84-r).

Also dangerous is the liquid oil sludge remaining after washing the cars and pipes. And if the production is under repair or construction, then the spent solvent can become a waste.

Such substances cannot simply be drained into a ditch or reservoir, these processes are regulated at the legislative level. Don't want a fine and an environmental disaster? Then it is better to hand over the emulsions and oil waste for processing.
