The automobile plant "Chaika-Service" has been operating in the commercial transport market for over 30 years. The determining factor in the history of the enterprise's development has been the ability to find free market niches and develop a relevant high-quality product for a comprehensive solution to consumer problems.
The plant specializes in the production and sale of complex special-purpose vehicles based on domestic and foreign chassis. The model range includes more than 400 models, such as:

Chaika TR hydraulic lifts (telescopic, combined telescopic and with a jib) with a working lifting height from 14 to 37 meters;

Hydraulic crane manipulators Chaika NR;

Tow trucks - with a broken or sliding platform, with a hydraulic manipulator, with a brace,;

Heavy duty tow trucks for towing trucks, buses and semi-trailers;

Fire fighting equipment;

Airfield equipment.

Dump trucks with three-way unloading, including those with a crane-manipulator installation;

Double-row cabins, as well as unique 7-seater “Taiga” cabins;

Behind-the-cabin sleeping bags;

Vehicles with aluminum sides and steel sides Furhmann;

Medium-tonnage tractor units with semi-trailers 7.5 or 11 meters long;

Double-decker tow trucks-car carriers, including those with a trailer.

Every year the Chaika-Service plant produces about 1,500 units of equipment of various types. The production capacity is designed to produce over 2,000 units of special equipment per year.

The plant has more than 110 partner service stations throughout Russia and the CIS. The production area is more than 50,000 sq. m.

The enterprise has put into operation a shot blasting and shot blasting chamber, a high-precision laser tracker, an ultrasonic flaw detector, a robotic welding complex, a painting complex with automatic paint mixing, 9 painting chambers, as well as many modern machines, such as: a thermal plasma cutting machine, a laser cutting machine, a complex of hydraulic sheet bending presses, etc.

"Chaika-Service" annually develops new equipment, introduces new technologies and improvements to satisfy the wishes of each customer, primarily in matters of quality and reliability.
