Ultramatic 90

ULTRAMATIC 90 is a photo-etching machine specifically designed for magnesium and zinc plates. The equipment is used for producing embossing dies, hot stamping dies, and die-cutting tools. The machine employs powderless etching technology, developed through 30 years of technical expertise. A planetary rotation system for the plates ensures uniform etching by eliminating inconsistencies across the plate surface. The unit is constructed with corrosion-resistant materials to withstand the acidic etching environment. A high-sensitivity temperature controller maintains the etching bath temperature with minimal variation. The maximum plate size for this model is 50 x 65 cm. The machine includes a 90-liter bath capacity. Optional accessories include a cooling unit, exhaust system, stainless steel draining pump, and automatic level maintenance and addition systems.
