Structural interpretation

Dynamic interpretation
- Dynamic analysis, which in turn includes:
- AVO analysis,
- seismic inversion and analysis of seismic attributes;
- Seismic facies analysis;
- Determination of the spatial boundaries of the tank, quantitative and qualitative estimates of the properties of the tank;
- Geostatistical analysis of the correlation of seismic attributes and calculation parameters;
- Construction of a geological model of the field.
For processing and interpretation of seismic materials SMNG has a unified processing and interpretation network.
The cameral party has a wide network of modern HP and DELL workstations with widescreen monitors; computing power is designed on the principle of scalability.
Interpretation work is carried out using modern software products. Halliburton's DecisionSpace Geosciences (DSG) software package is used as the main interpretation package. The software package includes the following main modules:
- OpenWorks - integrated data management in the environment of Oracle;
- GeoDataLoading - loading of geological information;
- Geology Interpretation Component - cross-hole correlation, building a 3D geological model wireframe, mapping;
- Seismic Interpretation Component - interpretation of 2D / 3D data;
- Seismic Analysis Component - time-depth transformation, 1D modeling;
- Seismic Attribute Component - calculation of seismic attributes, spectral decomposition;
- Velocity Modeling Component - construction, analysis and calibration of a speed model using 2D / 3D data.
DecisionSpace Geosciences provides a unified visualization, interpretation, and modeling environment. The package provides integration of numerous applications that provide the joint use of geological, geophysical, well data, interpretation, mapping, visualization, construction of a high-speed and geological model of the environment.
For interpretation of 2D / 3D seismic data and mapping, IHS Kingdom software is also used. Mapping and visualization of 2D and 3D seismic data is performed using the Petrosys PRO software package. In addition to the basic package for seismic modeling and inversion of 2D / 3D seismic data, Jason software (CGG group) is also used.
The interpretation department is fully equipped with personal computers for office work, including devices for large format printing, which allows you to transfer to the customer all the reporting and graphic documentation in proper quality in a short time.
In addition to the Arctic seas of Russia, the SMNG experience extends to the regions of the Caspian, Azov and Black Seas, as well as the Far Eastern seas of Russia. SMNG specialists successfully carried out work on the interpretation of 2D / 3D seismic work on the shelf of Vietnam, India, Venezuela and the Mediterranean Sea.
