Geological

Geological surveys make it possible to carry out a comprehensive assessment of the engineering and geological conditions of the area of construction of the designed objects (including the condition, composition and properties of soils, seismicity, geomorphological and hydrological conditions, assessment of the complexity of natural conditions, taking into account dangerous geological processes).

Based on the results of geological surveys, decisions are made on the choice of the type of foundations and the foundation for underground utilities, on the need to protect the construction site from the adverse effects of the environment.

Geodesic

We carry out engineering and geodetic surveys for construction, which are a set of measurements, calculations, constructions in drawings and nature, ensuring the correct and accurate placement of buildings and structures, the construction of their structural and planning elements in accordance with the geometric parameters of the project and the requirements of regulatory documents.

The composition of geodetic surveys includes:

• Creation of a reference planning-high-altitude geodetic network at the construction site
• Binding an object to a local coordinate system and an absolute height system
• Vertical and horizontal layout of the construction site, areal construction projects, with the calculation of the volume of earthwork

Environmental engineering surveys provide a comprehensive study of the natural and technogenic conditions of the territory, its economic use and social sphere.
Environmental engineering surveys are carried out to assess the current state and forecast possible changes in the environment under the influence of anthropogenic stress. Researches are carried out in order to prevent, reduce or eliminate harmful and adverse environmental and other related consequences, and maintain optimal living conditions of the population.

The survey includes:
