Carrying out Technical audits

Business Trend LLC has developed and applies its own methodology for evaluating manufacturers through a technical audit (analysis of the state of production). Our methodology has been tested at various enterprises both in Russia and abroad. The methodology allows one to evaluate the technical readiness of enterprises to produce products, the systematic nature of production and management processes, makes it possible to identify and eliminate the problem areas of the manufacturer at early stages, to determine the “weaknesses” of production, which should be emphasized in the control of production.
As of 2016, we conducted more than 700 technical audits of enterprises that produce or plan to produce a wide range of industrial products.
