AE-USB SYSTEM
AE-USB is an electronic unit containing an acoustic emission processor that computes a complete set of AE pulse parameters, including the waveform. USB AE channels are easily connected to any laptop or personal computer running Windows XP ™, Vista ™, Windows7 through USB connectors. As the control program, the widely used PAC program, AEwin ™, is used. The number of connected AE-USB channels is determined by the number of computer USB connectors. When using the specially supplied USB hub, up to 7 AE-USB channels can be connected to the computer.
Single-pole and differential AE sensors can be connected to the AE-USB using the low-noise preamplifier built into the AE-USB. In addition, with AE-USB, you can use integrated low-power AE sensors of the RK series, using a 5V power supply from the AE-USB block.
Calculated AE pulse parameters: Threshold crossing time, peak time, peak amplitude, signal strength, duration, rise time, threshold crossing score, energy, average signal level, signal rms value, 8 "external" parameters.
