Overview:
The survey includes the following activities:
1. Comprehensive control of welded joints of pipelines and other equipment by the following methods:
• Visual measuring
• Capillary
• Magnetic (magnetic particle, magnetometric)
• Ultrasonic (manual or automated)
2. Automated ultrasonic, eddy current and magnetic control of welded joints and the base metal of pipelines and other equipment.
• Control is carried out with the help of automated scanning tomographic computer systems that allow recording results, their visualization and subsequent processing with the determination of the nature and geometric dimensions of defects.
3. Comprehensive control of the base metal, pressure vessels and other equipment by the following methods:
• Magnetic

• Ultrasonic
4. Measurement of the residual wall thickness of various equipment by ultrasonic and EMA methods.
5. Inspection of buildings and structures, metal and concrete structures.
