Multifunctional Electromagnetic Thickness gauge Constant K5

Using a thickness gauge will increase the efficiency and productivity of work, while ensuring high accuracy of the results. The device can be equipped with a standard or enlarged indicator.

The thickness gauge Constant K5 is made according to the ISO 2808 standard, certified and entered in the register of measuring instruments of the Russian Federation and Belarus.

Using the coating thickness gauge Constant K5 it is possible to measure the following parameters:

• dielectric and galvanic coatings of steel parts

• paint and varnish coatings of internal surfaces of pipes
• cladding coatings
• concrete protective layer
• location of reinforcement of reinforced concrete products;
• surface roughness after sand and shot blasting
• humidity level, air temperature, dew point during the preparation and conduct of painting work.

Distinctive features of the thickness gauge:

• primary information is obtained by a combination of several digital methods: pulsed induction, eddy current parametric and phase
• the latest wear-resistant converters with operation algorithms exclude the influence of their wear on the measurement error;
• an expanded keyboard with a matrix indicator and a convenient interface can improve the efficiency of processing measurement results;
• lack of temperature and time fluctuations of the obtained data
• the ability to diagnose coatings on parts with roughness up to Rz = 400 microns, small parts and internal surfaces of hollow products;
• calibration table in the integrated memory of the converter eliminates the need for calibration of the thickness gauge on the basis of the manufacturer when purchasing additional conversion units
• the device is equipped with a non-volatile memory device that allows you to remember and view the measurement results, transfer them to a PC using a USB port, followed by statistical analysis and storage in the attached CONSTANTA-DATA program;
• the possibility of tolerance control and measurements with averaging;
  illuminated indicator and automatic shutdown of the device at the end of work.
