MKS-RM1405 Dosimeter Radiometer
There is the possibility of network use of the device. A special package of user software allows you to remotely control the operation of each device connected via USB to a PC from any computer on the network.
Principle of operation
The dosimeter-radiometer MKS-PM1405 is designed to measure the power of ambient dose equivalent (DER) of gamma and x-ray radiation; search, detection and localization of radioactive materials by registering x-ray and beta radiation.
The device is equipped with sound and light alarms, which warns the user about exceeding threshold levels. Non-volatile memory stores information on all types of radiation in the entire measurement range.
For the convenience of users, the MKS-PM1405 has a large LCD with backlight, small size and light weight, as well as a user-friendly interface.
Software Features
The software performs the following functions : reading DER and ED results, displaying beta-particle flux density measurements, displaying the read information in real time on a PC monitor in digital form, saving the measurement history to the PC hard drive, saving the device history from the software database in file (export history).
The user can read and write the operating parameters of the connected device : threshold values for DER and ED, history saving intervals, units of measurement, resetting (zeroing) of the accumulated ED, turning on / off the alarm.
