FILIN CT-150 - universal industrial systems of X-ray 3-D flaw detection, tomography and metrology with a powerful sharp focus x-ray tube, designed to control small objects with a diameter of about 150 mm. They were designed for rapid mass control of products of complex design. The use of high-speed detectors and powerful multicore processors of the latest generation made it possible to ensure a speed of about 2 minutes for scanning and full restoration of the three-dimensional structure of the control object. The automatic loading window, the pneumatic clamp of the test object, the automatic comparison of the product with the CAD model and the possibility of optionally equipping the system with a robot loader makes it possible to fully automate the control process, which is especially important for mass control of serial products in production. Extremely small dimensions of the system make it convenient to place it both next to the production line, and in small laboratory rooms.
