Technical features

The line is a complex of two units of technological equipment for cleaning the outer and inner surfaces of the pipe, united by a single transport system and control system.

The external surface is cleaned with rotating metal (polymer for LBT) brushes. The inner surface is cleaned with a special tool inserted into the pipe on the bar. The technological process of the line is fully automated.

The speed of the pipes through the washing line is adjustable, which allows to achieve the necessary performance and the required quality of cleaning regardless of the degree of contamination of the pipes. Autonomous supply of equipment for cleaning the outer and inner surfaces of pipes is possible. In this case, the transport system and control system are made for each type of equipment.
