Screw piles
The depth of foundation should not be less than the estimated freezing depth (in the middle zone of Russia it is 1.5 m), which eliminates the risk of subsidence or destruction of the building due to natural factors (frosty heaving, flooding, shifts).
A screw pile is a metal tube on which a blade is welded to the pointed end. The presence of the blade allows you to screw the pile into the ground like a screw. Standardly, all piles are coated with anticorrosive primer-enamel rust 3v1.
At the request of the customer, any type of piles can be coated with hot zinc.
Cast tips for screw piles are made by casting on gasified models. Material - steel 35L in accordance with GOST 977-88 .
All tips undergo mandatory heat treatment. The manufacture of molded tips is a laborious and costly process compared to the manufacturing process of blades for welded piles. Therefore, piles with a cast tip are somewhat more expensive than welded piles.
