Our company is engaged in the production of castings from manganese steel 110G13L (Hadfield steel), performed according to customer drawings and used in crushing and grinding equipment, excavator equipment, in the cement industry and mining and processing enterprises.
Overview:
The main casting method for this steel is casting using gasified models (LGM). Only in the most extreme cases olives from manganese steels are subjected to mechanical processing, therefore this technology makes it possible to obtain castings with minimal slopes and high surface quality, which does not require subsequent mechanical processing.
