A large profile has been manufactured since 2009 since the launch of a new technological line for the production of electric welded pipes (made in Japan).

Rectangular shaped tubes are produced only from coiled steel on pipe-welding units. Welding of rectangular pipes is carried out by high-frequency currents (HDTV).

Rectangular pipes are used in construction - in the construction of various buildings, structures as supporting elements. In mechanical engineering, profile pipes are used as a structural element of various equipment, in particular for the manufacture of truck and tractor frames, frame elements of tank containers.

Quality control:

• 100% non-destructive weld inspection.
• Tensile testing of base metal and weld.
• Impact bending test of base metal and welded joint (KV) at a temperature of 40 ° C.
• Profile size, length, total curvature, local curvature, twisting, radius of the outer curvature, convexity and concavity of the walls of the profile, perpendicularity of the profile end, the location of the longitudinal weld, defects of the weld, the height of the outer weld, surface quality, etc.
• For additional requirements: impact bend test for a profile with a wall thickness of 6 mm or less, determination of the impact work KV (-50 ° С).

• External burr removal
• Local weld heat treatment
• Preservation coating (applying oil-soluble composition)
