The operating principle of the LGA-4100 automatic gas analyzer for industrial emissions monitoring is based on the technology of semiconductor laser absorption spectroscopy (PLAS), suitable for almost any operating conditions (high temperature and pressure, aggressive environment, dustiness.
A diode laser emits a beam of light passing through the analyzed medium and detected by the receiver module. The wavelength of the laser beam is tuned to the characteristic absorption line of the detected component.
Gas analyzers consist of emitter and receiver blocks mounted on the flanges of the pipeline in which measurements are made. Maximum optical path length 15 m.
It is possible to use the LGA-4100 as a gas detector.
Gas analyzers have unified analog output signals for current (4-20) mA and (or) voltage (0-1) V, as well as digital output RS-232.
