Gas analyzers are industrial stationary automatic devices of continuous operation.
The operating principle of the LGA-4500 automatic gas analyzer for industrial emissions monitoring is based on the technology of semiconductor laser absorption spectroscopy (PLAS), suitable for almost any operating conditions (high temperature and pressure, aggressive environment, dustiness.
A diode laser emits a beam of light passing through the analyzed medium and detected by the receiver module. The wavelength of the laser beam is tuned to the characteristic absorption line of the detected component.
Gas analyzers consist of emitter and receiver units installed in a room (in a specialized cabinet). It is possible to install a heated measuring cell (in the presence of aggressive and acid-forming substances (NO2, SO2, H2S, HF) in the medium being measured.
Gas analyzers have unified analog output signals for current (4-20) mA and (or) voltage (0-1) V, as well as digital output RS-232.
