Block Nitrogen Fire Extinguishing Station

The main unit of the nitrogen extinguishing block station is a membrane nitrogen plant of the APT brand "GONG" series, designed to receive nitrogen from atmospheric air and fill the receivers.

Since 2001, METAKS LLC has been mass-producing, supplying and commissioning certified nitrogen plants of the APT-M8, APT-M12, APT-M150 GONG brands and others of improved quality and performance according to TU 4854-088-52813913-01 producing nitrogen with a concentration of 99 ± 1% vol. (fire extinguishing gas "Azoton") for injection and storage in receivers with a volume of 8-50 m ?. In case of fire, nitrogen enters from the receivers into the process volume of the furnaces. Provides quick and reliable fire extinguishing of furnaces without side effects.

Nitrogen stations have been operating at the central oil collection and treatment points since October 1992 after the first successful industrial tests at the Udmurtneft OJSC for nitrogen extinguishing of PTB-10 furnaces. In 1997, APT brand nitrogen plants were recommended for widespread use by the interagency commission of OAO NK LUKOIL. The nitrogen input unit in the PTB furnace was developed and entered into the technical documentation of the manufacturer (together with Neftemash OJSC and Generation PG). The general equipment set, delivered in a block version, includes reliable oil-free piston or screw air compressors manufactured by Atlas Kopko, receivers 16-50 m ³ that are optimally compatible with the APT nitrogen unit, and the technological block box 6x3x3m or 9x3x3m.
A possible increase in productivity and purity of the resulting nitrogen to 99.5% vol. can be performed taking into account the special requirements of the Customer. LLC Metax manufactures APT-M8, M12, M50, M100 brand units of the GONG series.
