Contact flash butt Welding Machine MSO-201 UHL4
It is intended for butt welding by continuous flash and pre-heat flash:
- parts from low carbon steel with a section of 120 - 1000 mm2;
- tool blanks and blanks for building structures made of low alloy steel, including reinforcement of reinforced concrete of classes II and III, with a diameter of up to 32 mm inclusive.
A special automatically performed upsetting process ensures the stability of the quality of welded joints.
The machine is designed to operate in the following conditions: ambient temperature from plus 1 ° C to plus 35 ° C, ambient humidity up to 80% at 25 ° C, atmospheric pressure from 84.0 kPa (630 mm Hg) to 106.7 kPa (800 mmHg)
Category 4 provides for the operation of the machine in closed, heated (cooled) and ventilated rooms.
