Portable gas analyzers MULTIGAZSENS-M2 (hereinafter referred to as gas analyzers) are designed to measure pre-explosive concentrations of combustible gases, the volume fraction of oxygen and toxic gases in the air of the working area, and to provide warning signals when thresholds are reached.
Overview:
Gas analyzers are four-channel wearable (individual) devices of continuous action.
There are 3 slots for installing sensors in the body of the gas analyzer. In the bottom row of sensors (when looking at the front panel of the device) there is an optical digital sensor for measuring the content of methane (CH 4 ), ethane (C 2 H 6 ) or propane (C 3 H 8 )). In the upper left slot, one combined electrochemical sensor for harmful gases is installed - carbon monocoside (CO) and servo hydrogen (H 2 S) in the upper right slot an oxygen sensor (O 2 ) is installed.
Gas analyzers perform the following functions:
- digital indication of measurement results;
- the supply of light, sound and vibration alarms when reaching the concentrations of the measured gases of a given level;
- recording and subsequent display of peak concentration values for the period after switching on;
- the function of the “black box” - recording the measurement results in non-volatile memory for subsequent analysis and graphical representation of data. Numerical values of gas concentrations measured by the gas analyzer are recorded in non-volatile memory and each record is provided with a time stamp.
