Stationary Optical gas Analyzer IGM-12
Application area
Explosive areas of rooms and near outdoor process plants in which explosive mixtures of gases and vapors with air may form, according to GOST R IEC 60079-14-2008 and explosion protection marking 1Exd [ib] IIC T4 Gb X.
Features
It consists of a transmitter and a gas optical converter (PGO).
PGO performs all metrological operations to determine the concentration of the test gas, including the formation of a digital signal and an analog output signal of the current loop containing information about the measured concentration. PGOs have built-in flash memory with calibration coefficients, which are automatically read when connected to the transmitter by a microprocessor, which eliminates the need for individual calibration (calibration) of transducers with a transmitter.
The transmitter provides information on the measured concentration via the digital serial interface RS-485 MODBUS®, as well as the concentration of the analyzed gas on the built-in four-character seven-segment display and light indication (using indicator LEDs) of the supply voltage, the measurement range is exceeded and the self-diagnosis results are also switching built-in relays.
The gas analyzer is also equipped with a HART-communicator connector for controlling the device.
