Asynchronous motor optimized for converter operation (VSD10) SIMOTICS GP converter motors belonging to the VSD10 Line have been exclusively designed for converter operation, and have been specifically optimized for SINAMICS converters. They are perfectly harmonized and coordinated to operate with the SINAMICS series – simply put, a highly efficient overall system with high reliability. The active part of the SIMOTICS motor is harmonized to the Power Module of the SINAMICS converter. This ensures optimum system utilization and a high efficiency over the complete lifecycle. SIMOTICS converter motors and SINAMICS converters can be used globally as they comply with local legislation and MEPS standards.
