Utility steam turbine package SST-5000

The SST-5000 is capable for supercritical and ultra-supercritical steam power plants. Due to its higher pressure and temperature ratings, power plant efficiency increases more than 46 percent and overall performance is improved. In steam power plants the SST-5000 consists of a combined high-pressure / intermediate-pressure turbine, and one or two low-pressure turbines. It is installed as a low- or high-level arrangement. There are various exhaust configurations available to create an optimized plant layout: down-, single-sided, and double-sided. Various extractions (up to 9 stages) create an optimized plant layout with down-, single-sided or doubles sided exhaust.
