Chimney 46m
The chimney consists of four parts;
- the lower part, 15 meters long, consists of a base plate 20 millimeters thick, stiffeners, a pipe barrel with welded steps along the entire length. The barrel wall thickness is 10 millimeters. Base plate size 2200x2200 mm.
- the second part of the chimney is also 15 meters long, the barrel is 10 millimeters thick, steps from a 16 mm circle are welded along the entire length.
- the third part of the chimney, 13 meters long, 6 mm thick barrel, 10 steps.
- the fourth part is made 3 meters long for ease of installation with a truck crane with a trunk length of 50 meters.
All parts are connected to each other through flanges and bolted connections. Lightning protection was installed along the entire length of the 46-meter pipe in accordance with the project.
During the production of the pipe, much attention is paid to the anti-corrosion protection of the metal both inside and outside. A special composition based on KO 84 paint was developed for AKZ, which withstands a temperature load of 300 ° C, as well as the effect of small abrasive particles.
The composition of the material with which the pipe is painted outside and inside includes:
- zinc phosphate as an anti-corrosion pigment,
- polyphenylmethylsiloxyl resin,
- acrylic resins to counteract the effects of abrasive particles.
The two guy belts are made of 22 mm round steel.
The first stretch belt is located at a height of 20 meters, the second at a height of 40 meters
