All air cleaning devices were developed jointly and with the participation of OJSC KPP Aviamotor, Kazan.
Overview:
1. The use of a combined filtration system (KSF) based on EMW filtertechnik filters VKKWRU-400-4-MG-1-PF-MPK-48/22 (manufactured by EMW, Germany) provides air purification to degree F9 (the maximum - no more than 5 microns).
2. The design of the filter itself allows easy replacement in case of clogging.
3. Due to the use of EMW filters, HEU has a significantly lower resistance and dimensions compared to analogs.
4. The bypass valve, installed on top of the filter unit, automatically operates at a pressure drop of 70 mm.WC at the suction and returns to its original position at a pressure drop of 52 mm.WC. Heating the valve allows it to operate at any temperature range.
5. The design of the filter units in the form of prisms allows to reduce the area and mass of the HEU.
6. The manufacturer produces control assemblies of all HEU units and general assembly at the enterprise.
