A longitudinal weld and a seven-layer roll-up bead with sealant ensure the reliability of the barrel structure.

To increase the strength of the barrel, in addition to two large ribs, up to 8 ribs of rigidity (corrugations) are additionally applied.

Painting is carried out with modern high-quality enamel that does not require
pre-primed surface, resistant to water and lubricating oils. The standard color of the drums is blue (RAL 5010). Also, at your request, barrels can be made with one-, two-, three-color paintwork of any color according to the RAL standard.

The inner surface of the barrel can be protected with a coating similar to RDL-50.
Also, for the purpose of presenting a trademark, a company logo can be applied to the barrel in accordance with your design.

Drum lids are supplied with a combination of Technocraft® 2 ”and ¾” screw caps located on the drum surface. Screw caps comply with international standards ISO 15750, EN 12928 and their equivalents. To seal barrels, the barrel set includes lids - Technocraft® 2 ”and ¾” seals, on which your company logo can be applied.
