Nitrogen plants (AGU 2 400.35)
The mobile gasification unit allows for injecting gaseous nitrogen into the well, aerating and displacing the liquid. Gradually, the density of the well fluid and the bottomhole pressure decrease, which causes the flow of oil and gas from the formation.
At the same time, the explosion safety of work is significantly increased, and the ease of regulation and control of the process is ensured in a wide range of pressures and flows. Combining nitrogen injection with coil tubing is especially effective - for cleaning the borehole, bottom hole at low reservoir pressures. In wells with a horizontal section, the use of this technology contributes to effective cleaning of the wellbore and eliminates the problems of sedimentation of mechanical impurities during circulation (propane after hydraulic fracturing). In this case, the use of nitrogen gas lightens the liquid column when flushing the well and increases the flow rate.
Appointment
The use of nitrogen gas helps to increase the production rate of the wells and, in general, the production of the field.
In addition, experts consider the use of gaseous nitrogen as one of the most effective methods for carrying out service operations:
- creation of an inert environment in reservoirs during the repair and maintenance of wells and natural gas storage facilities;
- purging of technological systems and pipelines, their pressure testing, conservation and explosion protection.
Thus, the scope of the ASU includes the development, maintenance and repair of oil and gas wells and pipelines. The unit can be used independently and in conjunction with a complex of coiled tubing equipment.
First ASU 2 400.35 PSKOVTEHGAZ® designed, released, tested and shipped in 2017. All these works took only 112 working days .
