Shut-off and Control valve 25Ch945P Pn1.6Mpa (KPSR 100)
The valve of modification 25ch945p can be used at a liquid or gas temperature not higher than 150 degrees, while the working pressure should be within values of up to 1.6 MPa. The KPSR 100 series shut-off and control valve is a complex equipment that is mounted on a pipeline and is used for automatic regulation and shut-off of working media at various heat supply facilities.
The design of the KPSR valve is a single-seat globe valve and an electric actuator (EIM). The actuator develops a force that is transmitted to the plunger. As a result of this, the plunger moves along the vertical axis, thereby changing the flow area of the valve and regulating the flow of the pipeline working medium.
Time-tested cast iron is used as a material for the manufacture of KPSR valves (25ch945p). A special grade of cast iron makes the product strong and durable, the service life of the KZR declared by the manufacturer is 20 years.
