Machine for Cutting metal pipes with manual drive GAKS-P-11 (Track)

PURPOSE

● Oxy-fuel cutting of steel pipes in the field and at industrial plants.

Cutting type - oxy-fuel.

● The combustible gas used is propane / butane.

● Drive type - manual.

● The movement of the machine along the pipe is carried out by a drive roller chain. The pipe cutting machine with a manual drive is completed with a set of measured chain segments, the assembly of which provides cutting of all specified standard sizes of pipes.
● Mismatch of the beginning and end of the cut on a horizontal pipe - no more than 1 mm.
● The pipe cutting machine with manual drive is completed with a "Nord" (0911) or "Kord" PM3-220G cutter. The cutter "Nord" (0911) is included in the delivery set, the cutter "Kord" RM3-220G is supplied by special order.
● For annular marking of the pipe, the scope of delivery includes a marking device that is mounted on the torch holder.
● For ease of transportation and storage, the pipe cutting machine is supplied in a metal container.

The pipe cutting machine with manual drive can be completed with:

● a set of chains for the standard sizes of pipes specified by the Customer;

● equipment for oxy-fuel cutting:

- gas cylinder reducers;
- sleeves Ø 6.3 or 9 mm;
- gas cylinders.
