The nitrogen plant (hereinafter referred to as AU) is designed to obtain an inert gas mixture based on nitrogen (hereinafter referred to as GCS) from air with the required parameters for various consumers.
Overview:
According to the method of isolation, IGS AU are manufactured in the following versions:

membrane;
-
adsorptive.
According to the composition of the AU, the following are manufactured:
-
with compressor (s);
-
without compressors.
According to the type of AU drive, the following are manufactured:
- with electric drive;
- with a diesel internal combustion engine (hereinafter - ICE); with a gas internal combustion engine (hereinafter - GDVS).
According to the method of placing the equipment, AC are manufactured in the following versions:
- a single structure with a shelter in a mobile container;
- a single structure with a shelter on a basic vehicle chassis.
AU have full factory readiness, providing installation and commissioning without preliminary disassembly and revision of the component parts at the site of operation.
The AU design allows its operation without the constant presence of maintenance personnel in an automated mode. The main parameters and characteristics of the AU are presented in the table
