HDPE polyethylene gas pipes are a modern, high-tech and practical solution for the construction of systems that ensure the safe underground transportation of natural gas and other gas-air mixtures, and are used in the construction of gas mains and gas pipelines for industrial and housing and communal facilities.
Overview:
PE 100 pipes for water supply are made of high quality raw materials on modern production lines according to the standards of GOST 50838-2009.
Polyethylene gas pipes are produced in black with yellow longitudinal stripes.
PE 100 pipes are characterized by high resistance to corrosion in an aggressive environment, low specific gravity, and a service life of more than 50 years.
Installation of the PE100 pipeline is carried out using: electrofusion welding; butt welding; connecting elements allowing to join together polyethylene and metal pipes. Trenchless pipe laying is possible. Thanks to flexibility, it is possible to build pipelines with bends, bends on the route.
The cost of polyethylene pipes for gas supply is much lower than the prices for metal counterparts, which reduces the cost of installing the pipeline by up to 2.5 times.
Pipes are supplied:
with a diameter of 20 to 110 mm - in coils of 50/100 meters, it is possible to manufacture in lengths of 12 and 13 m;
with a diameter of more than 125 mm - in the form of straight sections up to 13 meters long (depending on the customer's needs).
