Wedge gate valves

Nominal diameter DN 100, 150, 200, 250, 300, 350, 400, 500, 600, 700, 800, 1000, 1050, 1200.
Nominal pressure PN 1.6, 2.5, 4.0, 6.3, 8.0, 10.0, 12.5, 15.0 MPa.
The tightness of the shutter is according to class A, B (GOST 9544-2015).
Climatic performance:

• moderate (ambient temperature from -40°С to +40°С);
• cold (ambient temperature from -60°С to +40°С);

Wedge gate valves are used as a shut-off device for shutting off the flow of the working medium in pipelines for the transportation of water, steam, natural gas, fire extinguishing system media, oil and oil products. Manufacture and delivery, including to areas with seismicity up to 9 points inclusive on the MSK-64 scale.

• TU 26-07-1166-05 - PN 1.6 MPa DN150-1200 (with retractable spindle);
• TU 26-07-1167-05 - PN 2.5 MPa DN150-1200 (with non-rising spindle);
• TU 26-07-1168-05 - PN 4.0 MPa DN150-1200 (with retractable spindle);
• TU 26-07-1169-05 - PN 6.3 MPa DN100-500 (with retractable spindle);
• TU 26-07-1170-05 - PN 10.0 MPa DN100, 150, 200 (with non-rising spindle);
• TU 26-07-1184-05 - PN 2.5 MPa DN600 (with retractable spindle);
• TU 26-07-1185-05 - PN 8.0 MPa (with retractable spindle).

The tightness of the gate is according to class B (GOST 9544-2005).

Connection to the pipeline:

• for welding;
• flanged with counter flanges;
• combined (on the one hand - for welding, on the other - flanged) for gate valves DN100-150 PN 6.3 MPa.

Climatic performance:

• moderate (ambient temperature from -40°С to +40°С);
• cold (ambient temperature from -60°С to +40°С);

Transported medium temperature:

• for commercial oil: from -15°C to +80°C;
• for petroleum products: from -45°C to +60°C;
• non-aggressive natural gas: up to +80 °С;
• water, steam: up to +425 °С;
• fire extinguishing system media, including foam concentrate solutions: up to +80 °С for gate valves DN150-6000 PN 1.6; 2.5 MPa.

• Wedge gate valves are manufactured:
• with manual control (flywheel / gearbox);
• with electric drive.

• Applicable materials:

External coating: paint coating, reinforced type coating.

Reliability indicators:

• the designated service life of removable parts and components is at least 15 years;
• the assigned service life of body parts is at least 30 years;
• warranty period of storage - 24 months;
• warranty period of operation - 24 months from the date of commissioning, but not more than 36 months from the date of shipment by the manufacturer.

Design features:

• valve design: metal-to-metal;
• housing design: detachable;
• sealing of the shutter is made by surfacing of stainless material with high wear and erosion resistance;
• design of the flow part: full bore;
• execution of body parts: casting, stamp-welded;
