The BDU-2ED unit, which is part of the Mini-Refinery, is designed to separate oil or gas condensate in packed-type distillation columns with preheating in an ANU-1.0 tubular furnace in order to obtain a gasoline fraction, kerosene fraction, diesel fraction and fuel oil. Further bringing the resulting products to GOST parameters is carried out at the compounding unit included in the infrastructure of the Mini-Refinery.
Overview:
The installation consists of 2 distillation columns.
Raw materials are heated by a recuperative heat exchanger in heat exchangers and an automated hydrocarbon heater ANU-1.0.
The heater is a horizontal tube furnace operating on liquid or gaseous fuels.
