Hydrodynamic Pulsators
Complex BHT with chemical solutions significantly increase their efficiency due to the intensification of the processes occurring in the reservoir (well) under these types of impact (chemical and hydropulse).
The essence of the operation of the pulsator is to create hydraulic, high-frequency pressure pulses, the formation of which occurs when the working fluid passes through the pulse generator. Fluctuations are created in the injected fluid flow, which, in turn, are the source of hydrodynamic excitations. With the help of a structural element of the equipment, the generated pressure pulse is given additional acceleration, as a result of which there is a significant increase in its power.
The equipment is put into operation automatically due to the imbalance of forces acting on the membrane and arising from pressure during the passage of the working fluid through the pulse generator. In the future, the operation of the pulsator goes into a self-oscillating mode and is maintained by a constant supply of fluid to the well. Regulation of the pulse frequency and the amplitude of pressure fluctuations is carried out by changing the supply of the pump of the unit.
In addition to the main purpose, the design features make it possible to use the pulsator for solving various kinds of production problems, for example, to eliminate stuck tubing, or the packer wedge when it is removed from the well.
This possibility of the equipment is realized due to the fact that the operation of the pulse generator is associated with the vibration of the tubing, which is capable of being transmitted through the metal to a considerable depth, as a result of which the operation of the tool pacing acquires more intense dynamic loads.
