Octane Meter SHATOX SX-100K

Modification of the gasoline quality analyzer with a port for connecting to a computer. The octanometer can be shared with a personal computer.

Instrument capabilities:

Parameter Description Correspondence
Determination of the octane number of gasoline. Research (RON), motor (MON) method. Antiknock coefficient AKI (pump octane number PON). GOST 8226-82 (ASTM D 2699-86), GOST 511-82 (ASTM D 2700-86), GOST R 51105-97, GOST R 51866-2002 (EN 228-99).
Determination of the cetane number of diesel fuel. Simultaneously with the cetane number, the type and pour point of diesel fuel are determined. GOST 305-82 (ASTM D 4737-03), GOST 3122-67 (ASTM D 613, EN ISO 5165).
Determination of the pour point of diesel fuel. It is determined depending on the cetane number of diesel fuel. Optional parameter.
Determining the type of diesel fuel. The type of diesel fuel (S-summer, W-winter, A-arctic) is determined depending on the pour point. Optional parameter.
